BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I don't know about their new sales department, but their used appliance is in the business of assuring ONE TIME CUSTOMERS, since they have no interest in providing customer support. Their warranty is brilliant, it protects them from having to do anything when a customer buys, say, a dishwasher that did not work. The warranty does state it will not cover the cost of uninstalling, returning, picking up and reinstalling another dishwasher. (that may or may not work)So, the customer gets to pay even more in money and time dealing with a product that was broken from the start. Oh, and no cash refunds, so don't think you have an out there. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
