I have never done any type of yoga, and was reluctant to give it a whirl. I am so glad that I did -- the space itself is amazing and very convenient. The instructors manage to get the very best out of everyone in their class, regardless of experience. And don't get me wrong -- the instructors can handle any level of experience. I felt perfectly comfortable straining to touch my toes -- while the woman beside me basically danced on her ear in the corner. It doesn't get any better!
