Review content:
I am in about 9 months to my Moreland Home. All in all I am happy. But there are some things people should know. By all means I am not trashing them as I have many friends who have homes built by other companies and they all say you have to stay on top your builder. As far as moreland, I can say I was pleased with building and if any issue arose during the process they were quick to fix and communicated such. You must watch and demand things are how you want them or else in the end you will end up with something different. But again my friends tell me they encountered the same thing. \r
As far as follow up service, when you tell the company of your concerns you usually get a song and dance, then when you push back they will fix your issue. This does disappoint me due to the fact that we spent our hard earned money on a house and they act like the issue is no big deal and give you an excuse on every issue. Then like I said when you say NO that is not right then they back down. Not necessary, and annoying. All in all good house, no major issues nice neighbors and good area.
Pros: Communication during building
Cons: make excuses at times
