Bachman's is the BEST furniture store!! They have furniture you don't see at any other store - and trust me, we looked everywhere!
We had such an incredible experience shopping there - from working with our salesperson Gerry to the delivery guys. It was a seamless process from start to finish. Gerry was so knowledgeable about the furniture - types of woods used, construction, how to clean it, etc. It was special ordered for us so we did have to wait about 6 weeks, but it was worth it.
The delivery department was very helpful and was able to accommodate us based on our work schedule. The delivery guys were very professional and assembled the bedroom set for us (my husband certainly wouldn't have been able to!).
We ended up having an issue with one of the drawers on our dresser, but they sent out a guy right away to have it fixed. Problems can happen anywhere, but its how a company takes care of it that counts. They definitely excel in customer service!
We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We look forward to shopping at Bachman's again - and telling all of our friends to as well!
