Businiess name:  Shibley Court Apartments

Review content:
Rent is cheap, space is tiny. The managers are incredibly rude. They are nosy and are constantly making ""new rules"" but never make changes to the lease.\r \r My uncle's girlfriend is good friends with a 'manager' at Shibley court. Somehow my cousin knew EVERYTHING that happened there, whether or not it involved me. She even know about a neighbor of mine that was behind in rent, and by how much. There is no confidentiality. \r \r Great place to live if you hate privacy, and you want everyone to know all of your business. You pay your rent, and you deserve to live in your apartment the way you wish within reason. You can't get that here. Pros: Cheap Cons: Lack of privacy and space. Rude managers
