Review content:
I brought a friend in town specifically to shop at Goo Goo Eyes for a certain brand of frames. He spent over $1000 inthis store yet when the glasses were shipped to him, the prescription in one pair was off in one eye. Paul the manager did not handle this very well at all. Paul attempted to debate the fact the scrip was wrong in the glasses and made him pay his own fed ex charges to return them to the shop. He was willing to lose a sale over $50. He did end up refunding the shipping but after the way he treated a customer, there was no reason to continue trying to do business there. This was not a good experience or anyway to treat a new customer who is spending a nice amount of money in your store. I am only giving Goo Goo Eyes one star because I have to otherwise, it would be a no star day for them. The owner, Mr. Peter Granoff ignored emails and phone calls in regards to the problems we encountered with this transaction. We will not shop Goo Goo Eyes again. Buyer beware of this establishment. For being in such a nice area, the experience left little to be desired.
