Businiess name:  Capitaland Taxi

Review content:
Listen -- these guys are notoriously the worst company in the region. If you plan on getting a ride at the train station or the airport, use any other cab company and arrange a pickup. Capitaland does group rides, milks customers for the largest fares. And forget about a pick-up. They never show up, have left countless friends and colleaguesto wait out in the snow, forget addresses. And then the dispatchers have the never to curse at you and hang up.\r \r It's only because of the sweetheart deals they have with for exlusive pick-ups at the airport and the train station that they are in business--both locations are out of the reach of Albany city's jurisdiction to force them to straighten up their shop. Some day these people will be gone. But in the meantime, avoid at all costs. Pros: None. Cons: Unfriendly dispatchers, rude and inept drivers.
