Review content:
I second a previous reviewer who complained that the set up was confusing. I had to go back and forth between the garage where they were doing the detailing to the little booth where the girl takes your money.
I explained to both of them that we had been on a road trip and wanted to get the nasty layer of bugs off the surface when they did the cleaning, even ordered their custom level option to ensure some level of quality and what's the one thing they didn't do? Yep, still had bugs on the car surface after they finished.
The kid with the brush did a half-hearted once over - probably assuming the machines would do all the work - and I know from personal experience, you really have to SCRUB to get bugs off. He let the car go through the wash anyway; the water jets were too weak, long story short, the bugs got cooked onto the surface.
The girl in the booth was very persuasive about getting the hand wax, but thank God I declined--I would have had bugs waxed into my car.
We have taken our car to other places to get washed elsewhere with the car in a similar condition always looking mint in condition afterwards- it never looked this bad, I sadly may have been able to do a better job myself at a self serve car wash. I felt like I had wasted my money as I will now have to clean the bugs off myself.
I won't go back there again.
