I purchased a gift certificate to this location and used it once a few months ago. The gift certificate has no expiration on it and I was never informed of any date apon which the certificate would expire, however when I went in yesterday the girl at the booth said she didn't know if they were still good. She went and got the owner who came to my car and told me all gift certificates expired ""yesterday."" I told her she cannot do that when the certificate does not have an expiration date on that, and she said she is the owner and can do what she wants. Horrible customer service, and people performing criminal acts. She has my money, but I cannot get the services I paid for.\r
The best part is she wanted to take my certificate and ""throw it away"" for me because it is not valid. I said no way will I let you take the evidence I have of you cheating me out of my money, I plan to pursue legal action, but hope to prevent any of you out there from getting screwed out of your money! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!
