Review content:
I know for a fact that Ameritel has multiple people staffing their offices as I've stopped by to say hi when passing through the area. As for their service, we've had occasional alarms and Ameritel has always been able to fix the issue within hours.
Recently, we expanded our office space and didn't specifically request Avaya personnel for the install (Ameritel offers option of sending out higher-priced Avaya techs or independent techs). When the independent installers showed up, we decided to just go through with it. All worked out fine. Sure, one of the techs had dark skin, but there was no language barrier whatsoever.
Ultimately, our phones are up and running, and we probably spend about 40% less than if we had gone for an official Avaya supplier/service provider. Sure, if money was no object, we'd have all the bells and whistles. But the truth is, money does matter, especially over the past year.
I'm not generally inclined to write on these review sites, but having been a customer for 7+ years now, I couldn't sit idle as a user with 1 total post tries to spread mistruths about a firm that I am happy to do business with.
It's also interesting to see that negative post conveniently recommends a competitor. Makes one wonder.
