They only have a single employee on the Avaya side and everything else is outside contracted. Takes days to get a repair and the repair guys are foreign who barely speak English. \r

We moved to Nu-Tel in North Jersey. They helped me out and have Avaya certified engineers ON SITE! \r

If they cant roll a truck why would you buy a phone system from a company ?
Pros: Robert is always in the office . If that's a Pro ?
