I usually never write reviews ever, only when I'm unhappy with a company or product. However, I felt that I needed to write a review and share my experience with American Laser Centers at the Galleria location after reading some of these reviews.\r

I came in for a consultation for Vela and met with one of the managers named Sarah. I was very shy and nervous about talking about my body and what I was looking to improve, but that quickly went away after just a few minutes. She was very fun to sit with and made me feel super comfortable about discussing my flaws, if you can imagine :) She explained the treatments thoroughly, each time going back to the fact that the treatment wasn't magic and that it wasn't going to be able to work unless I was willing to do the work with it, i.e., exercise, eat right and drink lots of water. She went through each detail of how the treatments will be performed, what to expect at each treatment and after the treatment. She even gave me a quick demo so that I could feel for myself what I would be experiencing at each visit. I was given a clear discription of what I should expect, rather then building me up with false expectations. I purchased a package of 6 velashapes for my buttocks and back of thighs about 8 months ago and it was the best purchase I have made in a while. I had invested so much money in other cellulite treatments, diets and personal trainers with no real success. This treatment really helped my self-esteem so much :)
