Review content:
During one of the hair removal sessions the machine they used burned my legs badly in several spots. I went in and spoke with the manager whose only suggestion was for me to buy a cream to prevent scarring. At that time I requested, both verbally AND in writing, for them to release my treatment chart to me. Several months of repeated requests still didn't resolve things. I attempted to report them to the BBB but couldn't since their main office is not in Texas.
