I took my car here because someone referred me to these guys for their reputation. Geico was my insurer and they were the ones paying for the damage. Long story short, the job took over a month to get repaired and when I get the job, I am pretty happy with the repair/paint job but a few weeks later, I notice under the hood that one of the bolts that connects the side panels to the engine bay is missing??? How the ""F"" can you miss something like this? When I call them, they tell me to call Ford and order the part sending me on my way with no support. When I ask them to do it for me because it would require a trip and a missed day of work, they tell me they will do it. When a week goes by, I don't hear anything from them. I would suggest that you check your car thoroughly before using these guys. In fact, I would avoid them entirely because not only did they take 1 month to finish a job that could have been done in a week but they took a month and forgot a very important piece that I now have to go find on my own!!
Pros: good paint/repair
Cons: lack of communication/job not 100% complete
