Review content:
The center support for our transmission went out in the Julian deep snow about 1/4 mile from the house. The driver was helpful and kind. It isn't a pleasant experience to break down, but he remained professional through a rough tow. Any thoughts of keeping apppointments were gone, so I rearranged them. It wasn't RBS' fault that my car broke down. I had my child and three dogs with me. He put them in the cab of the truck with the heater running to get them warm. My experience with RBS was a good one.
