After a bad experience with Mr. Transmission in 2010, I swore I would never set foot in there again. Unfortunately, after replacing my transmission in 2010 , my car broke down again last week. I was told by a mechanic that it was the transmission. Because it was under warranty, I was compelled to return to my nemesis. This time, there was a new manager, and the owner was on hand as well. They were both extremely courteous and helpful. As it turned out, the transmission was not to blame, but because of my previous horrifying experience, they fixed the mistake the other auto shop had made, as well as repairing an oil leak-all for free. If you have had a bad experience in the past, be assured that George and Mike are doing all they can to improve the quality of work and customer service,
