am extremely unsatisfied with the service I received at this office. I waited 3 weeks to get an appointment, due to some serious ailments I have had. I was recommended by another Doctor to this Dr. Cousins. I arrived 15 min early as they required on the mail out they give you. It was filled out, I paid the co-pay and there my journey begins. After about 10 minutes I was called back. I just knew this was going to be a good experience. I get back there they have me to wait in a room, waited five minutes, a lady came and got some information, put me back in the room and told me that the doctor would be right with me. With all the waits it was about 2:30 when I was placed in the final waiting room to see Doctor. Next time I look at my phone it was going on 3:15!!! I finally checked and said how much longer, the reply was oh your next. However the lady who was brought back way after me was put into the room and seen. I know I am not having a baby but my problem is just as serious as anyone there. I eventually left and asked for a refund of my co payment. Never going there again!
