I was referred to Cindi by an amazing doctor at Duke Integrative Medicine. I had been experiencing many symptoms from low energy to knee pain to an ovarian cyst on my one and only ovary, terrible pms and cramping and many more. I felt like I was falling apart, and years of doctors' visits did little or nothing to relieve my symptoms. I wasn't sure if acupuncture was for me, because I am highly sensitive to needles and wasn't sure it would help me. But I decided if Duke told me to do something, then I was going to try it. Cindi is wonderful! So knowledgeable and attentive. She explains everything, answers all your questions, and takes all the time you need. I noticed improvement in all of my symptoms in the week following my first treatment. After four treatments, we looked over my original list of symptoms and I was surprised at how many had just disappeared. Those that didn't disappear completely have been greatly relieved. The ovarian cyst disappeared, I haven't had one cramp in two cycles, my energy is up and the knee pain is greatly reduced. I now know that acupuncture with Cindi Fox will always be a part of my health plan. I only wish I'd discovered her sooner.
