Contacted Roto-Rooter for a service visit for my elderly mom (89 yrs) and requested a Spanish speaking tech. A tech arrived at her residence within an hour of the phone call. He was accompanied by a trainee. I arrived at the house minutes later to accompany my mom through the service call. The tech., Johnny Garcia was very friendly, yet very professional. He explained the problem, provided a price and got to work immediately. My observation was that he was a very good mentor to the trainee. The service did not suffer due to his training the trainee. His Spanish was very good when communicating with my mom. My mom was so pleased with him and his demeanor that she showed him pictures of the family. He was very accommodating, but did not waste any time. As a good mentor, he let the trainee summarize the service as the call ended and he supervised the entire transaction before leaving. I am extremely satisfied with the quick service, but more importantly with the great customer service. By the way, the young lady that took the initial call to schedule the service also provided excellent customer service.
