Sundance Rentals blows every other month they try to say they are evicting me and I didn't pay my rent yet I have never been late on the rent so I have to go down there and bring the receipt that I payed ... I have a separate bank account for my rent. I gave them Dec months rent in advance... So they try to cash it early. My bank charges me 25 dollars, so I'm like crap but nothing I can do. Then they call me today and try to tell me on the first (when rent is due) That I owe them an extra 50 dollars. what the hell so I pay rent today on time and owe them 50 freaking dollars because they cashed the check early. I told them I'm not paying that fee she said the will take me to the county clerk and charge me 40 dollars a day that I don't pay 50 dollars when I gave the rent check in advanced! I told her go ahead I pay my rent on the first of every month and am never late, sue me for 50 dollars for paying my rent in advanced... This is what's wrong with our country. This is why everyone is broke companies like this screwing us. It cost me 75 dollars to pay my rent early....
