This was the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Our first session the baby would not cooperate. We left with no pictures or CD (no problem, they promise a redo for a minimal $25 fee)... In the process of trying to schedule our promised redo the customer service department was so rude and unprofessional it was absolutely unbelievable. After being repeatedly insulted (30 weeks pregnant and being verbally abused), the company cancelled our redo appointment because WE had the audacity to call them unprofessional. They have taken our money, we have no pictures to show for it (not that they would be any good), and refuse to honor their "promised" redo. They have in essence stolen our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
