Review content:
The hair extensions I bought from Brenda is bulky, tangly, and faded to a dull brass color during wear. When i went in to resolve the situation she reflected the blame to My Hair! The receptionist has the tendency to be cold and rude. My color is great, the girl there doing the coloring and cutting of my hair knows what she is doing. . I Also, want to compliment the main extension assistant for working under Brenda for so many years, her talent surpasses Brenda's worn out hands. While the situation has been resolved, the merry-go-round to get there was a head ache. If it were not for Brenda's associates, I would not recommend Hair Extensions of Houston at all!
