I just wanted to drop a note of thanks to California Data Services. They spent a lot of patience with me. They spent a month working on my case, and I really asked a lot of them in addition to the actual data recovery part, which took only a couple days. But I appreciate all the help and support I received and the willingness that the team showed in helping me above and beyond what is normally their job.
