California New York Express Moving was recommended to me by a friend in NY who had used them to move from SF and so I went with them and they just moved me from NY to LA and did a fantastic job, from start to finish. Their rates were also very competitive. Every single person from the company was top-notch, from beginning to end. Noel, the estimator on the NY end is a consummate pro and very charming. Always on time, extremely knowledgeable and efficient, straightforward and incredibly responsive when I had questions. The moving guys in both NY and LA were fantastic - extremely polite, fast, focused, smart, professional, and friendly. I trusted them completely with my belongings, in every way. The system they have of tracking and accounting for your belongings is also incredibly impressive, down to the tiniest of details like miscellaneous items with my furniture (wheels, legs for the couch and chairs, etc. - I was amazed. And, I really appreciated their regular email updates on what state my stuff was in - moving your life can be stressful and there's something comforting about knowing where it is each day. I give them a BIG A+!!
