What a lovely book store. Dog Eared books offers new and used books and even "book services" - for VERY popular books that you have to be on the wait list at your local library for several months to get - you can "rent" it from Dog Eared for a small fee. Much cheaper than buying new and much faster than waiting out the list at the library. This little book store offers it all ... they even have a kitty that roams around the store checking things out! The selection of used books is HUGE and they have a credit system. You can exchange your old books for 1/4 the value and buy the used books for 1/2 the value. Their computer system keeps track of all your credits / debits for you. Stop by and shop if you get a chance.
