Review content:
Definitely great for all abilities. You will always get an excellent workout. You can go at your own pace and take it easy (and still get a good workout) and push yourself to the edge and really see some personal/physical growth. Don't be scared if Suze or one of the other instructors comes up to help you get into a pose...they know what they are doing and won't let you do something BAD for your body. Be honest if something hurts and they will help you modify. They only want to see you GROW! Trust your body, be willing to go outside of your comfort level and open your mind and heart. It really is amazing.
Pros: fun, challenging, good workout
Cons: can be intimidating at first - but you gotta get out of your own head! No one is looking at you, its YOUR practice!!
