Review content:
These yoga classes are perfect for all body types, athletic abilities, and lifestyles. I have been going to Suze's class for several years (off and on due to work scheduling) and have to say, I am always at my strongest (both physically and mentally) when I practice regularly. The energy in this studio is fantastic! I have tried several other studios around town, and while they are good in one area, nothing beats the all-around workout I get here. Any level (extreme beginner to seasoned yogi) will benefit from this studio! It is both fun and challenging...and you will always walk out of the class with the feeling that you came away with something good. Everytime you get on your mat here, you grow and allow yourself to be *that* much stronger. I am not saying the class is easy...cause it isn't! But that is what makes it so addictive. The first few classes will be a struggle, and you might feel awkward, but as you come back...and the amazing way your body and soul feel...you start to notice your balance, strength and breath is stronger and more focused. The room is warm, but not as hot as Bikram...and you WILL get your heart rate up here. Try it. Once you do, you will probably become addicted!
Pros: environment, amenities, people, sessions, schedules, support, growth
Cons: I don't get to go as much as I would want!
