This is the most value for your money/time/effort/results in the Metroplex. It is for either the in-shape or the very motivated to get into shape as the instructors will draw attention to you and ways you can make a change to your body by correcting your yoga poses. It is not a place to go to ""disappear"" as you will probably be more in touch with your ""SELF"" here than anywhere else you've been before. The instructors are not sticklers about being on time anymore. It is a kinder-gentler arena where everyone's limitations are on display, so it is a nice un-stuffy atmosphere to go to unwind at. Also, speaking about stuffy, if you have never been to a ""heated"" yoga class before, I suggest spending a couple of days with no a/c to get used to it before excercising in a sauna. I watched a program on t.v. one time where there was this Russian woman who said that saunas were the best way to lose weight...well picture a sauna where everyone is in constant muscle-building motion. Now, THAT is a workout!!! In fact, I weigh about 20 lbs more than I used to because of lean muscle, and I still fit into my old clothes. This is the best muscle workout you will ever have, and you don't have to worry about dropping a dumbbell on your big toe. I never liked using weights, anyways. Those are for posers. Hehehe. ;-) Pros: Stress-Relief Without Expensive Narcotics Cons: Cons-Only Those Fooling Themselves
