Review content:
Before going to Suze's, I did not enjoy yoga. I have been at Suze's for over a year now and only miss a class if I am out of town. I get an amazing workout everytime I attend class. I have learned to incorporate the breathing and sound and vibration into my daily life to ward off stress. I have made a new family of friends. It has been an amazing experience to witness so much positive change in my life and I look forward to the adventures ahead! And for all of those athletes out there that think yoga won't give you a good workout....I suggest you try Suze's.
