Almost everyday someone ask me how I stay in shape. I say ""all I do is Yoga"" and eat healthy, then I typically have to convince them I am telling the truth. After getting burned out on the trendy exercises like aerobics, kickboxing, weights, etc. it was unbelievably comforting to find out that yoga can do all the great things for my body but in a healthy way. Then add in the fact that it reverses aging, detoxes your body and helps prevent athirits it makes me wonder ""why"" I didn't learn about it sooner. It is hard for outsiders to believe these things but when you leave an aerobic class or weight class you are typically tighter and exhausted. When you leave a yoga class you have rejuvenated your entire body, loosened it up, challenged it and reversed all the stressful things done to it that day. It is an AMAZING gift to everyone.\r \r There are many different kinds of yoga. Personally I like the power yoga because I do want to stay in shape at 42 and reflect a healthy me. Pros: Challenging, Destresses, Inspires, Great Longevity Practice, Suze is amazing!
