Review content:
There is just no way to fully express how my time on the mat at DPYP! has transformed my life off of the mat; I am so grateful for the gifts that this powerful practice brings to my life. I still consider myself to be a ?newbie?. In just four months, I?ve lost weight and inches (I still have a long way to go, but I?ve gained so much loving acceptance for being true to myself and what I can do.) More than just amazing exercise, this practice is a life-altering spiritual and emotional journey.\r \r I?m not one of those slender young things who can perfect each pose with strength and grace. I?m ?older?, overweight, an acknowledged klutz. I tend to hide out in the back of the ?transformation station? (practice area), so that no one will have to have a view of my butt! Self-conscious and feeling vulnerable without my glasses, I begin to move through the poses, the heat sinking into my joints, stretching and lengthening them, as the instructors give modifications and gentle adjustments. Focus and concentration, along with sound and vibration therapy, yield to the depth and wonder of who I really am at heart and spirit, as I find my edge and my self consciousness and vulnerabilities slip away in rivulets of sweat. There is so much peace and joy to be found in what you can do when you find a safe and loving space in which to discover it. \r \r For this and so much more, I am thankful and blessed to have found Suze Curtis? studio. \r \r Namaste. Pros: Fantastic value, great ambiance, sound and vibration therapy! Cons: Absolutely none!
