Review content:
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years in the Dallas area - most of them with Suze Curtis at Dynamic Power Yoga Plus. I have tried many other styles and studios in the area and always end up back at the DPYP studio. There are no doubt some other great yoga places in Dallas, but none of them have been able to match the amazing feeling during and after a DPYP class. All of Suze's teachers are incredible. I never get bored with the pose sequences since there is so much variety and nothing has kept my body and health in better shape than Suze's style of yoga. (And I have done everything from bodybuilding to Martial Arts and real kickboxing) I know that it is not only because it is a phenomenal physical workout and detox, but also the sound and vibration that is encouraged to help release stored emotions and experiences that cause ""dis-ease"" within the body. I love that each class is multi-level so anyone can do it from those completely new to yoga to the seasoned yogi. Different levels of postures are shown and everyone is encouraged to work at their own level and take breaks if needed. There is no competetive feeling or judgement like you may feel in a gym atmosphere. There is truly nothing like it! There are about 4 or 5 other yoga studios closer to my home, but I chose to drive a little farther for the awesome experience I have every time.\r \r Go and check it out with an open mind and ENJOY!! Pros: Incredible workout / detox, knowledgable instructors, great energy, best stress reliever EVER! Cons: Kind of far from my home, but well worth the drive!
