Review content:
Suze's specialized brand of yoga & her studio have been a life-changing experience for me. I've been to at least a dozen different studios in & outside the metroplex & not one of them hold a candle to this place. I just got back from La Jolla, CA & tried a Bikram yoga class while there, only to be disappointed in the structure & rigidity of the class. Suze & her instructors are compassionate leaders who show modifications for all levels - beginner to advanced. You will leave the studio feeling like a new person, not to mention you will get the best workout of your life! Be sure to bring extra towels & water!!! Pros: Every day there are three to five classes to choose from...the 5:30PM tends to be the busiest (& the hottest); the ambience is fantastic & the environment truly relaxing.
