\r I can not say enough about Suze Curtis and her yoga studio. She has such a beautiful intent in all that she does. Her studio offers so much more than a phenomenal yoga class, it delivers spiritual messages that can be life changing. I learned to give myself permission to take care of myself. This lesson and my practice with her carried me through a very painful divorce and my current husband's devastating accident. This practice has enabled me to take on so many challenges I would have shyed away from and it has taught me to love myself. I know that sounds like a lot from a yoga class, but it is true. Truth is also something that is so honored and respected in the studio, particularly being true to oneself. After all, if we do not have that, what is the point? \r I have relocated to Boston and am sad to say after much searching; I can not replace Suze Curtis's magic! Maybe I'm not suppose to as she told me through email when I was missing my classes so much. I have found a studio that is probably as close as I can get. Suze would ask me to have my heart open to the beautiful offerings I may not find initially and this is what I have done. I use this philosophy in most encounters now and what a difference living this way truly is! I believe she is an angel and the Dallas area is so blessed to have her there. Suze Curtis Dynamic Power Yoga is the BEST!\r
