Review content:
I was extremely apprehensive about having my basement waterproofed given all the negative reviews of so many companies on the internet and of course, the cost. I did my research and I called United Waterproofing and while this is not the best thing to do, I signed a contract without getting any other estimates. Based on my web research and the product that they offered, I felt comfortable in signing with them. The work was done in one day and I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and the way they left my basement in such a clean state. It's been two weeks and we've had some brutal rain and my basement is dry. I have since called the office twice: once because I thought I saw water (my mistake) and a second time because I heard the pump running and clicking off and running and clicking off. I thought that there was something wrong with the pump. In both times, I immediately got a call from the owner. He just came out to take a look at the pump - there's just so much water in my area that the pump is going to keep going until the area dries up. He took the time to examine both pumps even though it was obvious that the pump is running because of the amount of water still to be pumped out. I would highly recommend United Waterproofing. They make you feel like they care about you as a customer and they do great work.
