I called many shops in the philadelphia area before going to Shades of Gray. My concerns were how would my 2008 G-37 be treated and what would be the results. My husband and I even drove to some shops to check out what they looked like and how the service was. Nothing could have impressed us more than how we were treated by Ryan and Damon. They not only answered everything we asked, but made me feel at ease with the process. Thier prices were very reasonable, the shop very clean and the workmanship impecable. Just over an hour to get it done and gave us a lifetime warranty that goes nationwide. I am bringing my IS300 in a few weeks to get done by them, and will bring every car i get from here on out.
Pros: clean shop, great service and wonderful work
Cons: none whatsoever
