Review content:
Purchased HD Video Camera for a great price, when I called to confirm certain information, the guy on the phone asked if I wanted to get a good deal on an extra battery. Well it sounded like a great deal. After getting my package i noticed that the extra battery was not the same name as the camera. I checked online to find the same battery for half the price!! I called then to see about returning the battery and getting a refund. That could be done, but I would be charged $25 for restocking the battery. This is not what I would call a good customer service. Especially after they were the ones that told me I was getting such a great deal! Camera is great, delivery was fast. Just don't except what they say on the phone, research first, then if the price is good the rest is too.
Pros: Realitivly Good Service and Contact
Cons: Removing items from order, Restock fee!
