Bought DMC-GF1 lens kit and a standard zoom lens in December 2009. They also sold me lens filters and a memory card. Turned out that their filter prices were outrageously high. I take a partial blame for this, because I had not done proper research on filters in advance. Anyway, when realizing that their prices were way too high for the filters I got, I tried to return them. No way, no how, no, no, no. Their rational was that the sales clerk spent time selling these to me and that they can't afford to accept any returns. The best they could do was to give me back about $100. So, a year later, I am still wondering how they agreed to pay me back that much... Doesn't this prove that their prices were too high to begin with? I warn all of you: Do not go into this store. I certainly never will.
