Review content:
We have recurring drain problems due to tree roots, so we have used Roto-Rooter in the past. I booked online, the office called to offer me an earlier appointment which was great. The technician was prompt, friendly and efficient. He informed us about the St. Louis County Lateral Sewer program, and called to see if we were eligible. Our area has a limit on the number of houses that are covered per calendar year, and that number has already been exceeded. He offered several options, and even made some phone calls for us, but at no time did he try to push us into having the work done and paying for it ourselves. He is saving us thousands of dollars, and I really appreciate that! He cleaned up before leaving and assured me that if we have any further problems they will come back.
