Day after Christmas our basement flooded and we couldn't fix it. Lateral line was backed up and the basement drain was clogged. My husband's day off spent and $100 later, we got roto-rooter. Their website and phone dispatch was easy and fast. Plumber Terrence was here within an hour of calling. He was fast and professional, very kind, not afraid of the mess! He explained options and gave me an accurate price first thing. He even honored the online coupon that expired literally the day before. He also offered good plumbing advice about not using chemicals that damage the pipes, etc. and when we may need tree roots cut out again. Will call them again next time! THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER!
