My car was returned to me with a check tire light on and a broken CD player. I guess I dont know enough about cars to say weather or not these problems were a result of my accident but i can say that if i spend 7200 dollars to get my car fixed it is quite dissheartening to get it back with components that still requitre attention that were not a problem prior to my accident. Overall my experience was fine. The work they did do looks great and it was completed in a timely mannor. I received a call at least once every day when the car was completed to come pick it up and to get them the insurence check which was difficult obviously because i didn't have a car. A little bit annoying. Once I brought them the insurence check I was still unable to take my car off the lot because they said they had to deposit the check first and there was some difficulty in doing so because of the way the check was made out. I dont know if there is any way around that, or if I should have communicated differently with my inssurence co. but it forced me to make two trips out to the location.
