House has been hot in the summer these past years and planned to do something. Started doing my research and got quotes. Then the AC started blowing hot. Washed down the compressor, this helped a little bit. Called Precision Heating and Air. They sent a tech out promptly. What I liked best was he gave me an honest answer. When it came time to spend money, he didn't try to sell me on the biggest and brightest unit. We even discussed going with an R22 compressor. In the end, I went with a Carrier 16 SEER with Puron (410A).
Jason and Obie did a great job. Very professional, payed attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves.
It is the end of July and for the first time since we bought this house, I can bring the temperature down to 70, where before I couldn't get past 80.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also will continue to use them for my future projects (duct change out, zoning & adding more registers).
