If you are in the Central Texas area and need A/C or heating work done, call these guys -- Precision Heating and Air.
Joe Strazza and his crew did a GREAT JOB!! He is knowledgeable of the units/products offered. He gave us a fair quote for a new system and had great patience to answer all my questions. The office staff handled 99.9% (they could not sign my name) of the paperwork for the rebate(s) -- manufacturer, local, and with the IRS.
They climbed into the attic, checked all duct work and went through each room to inspect and reseal all vents as needed. They cleaned up everything inside and outside. Even though we contracted to have the unit to be installed 3 days before Christmas, they came through without fail, did all work within the promised timeframe.
It has now been almost 6months with the NEW unit, and it has proven its worth as it has been through the winter and now tackling the Texas Summer. We have had time to compare and have seen the $AVING$. Having to buy a new central Heating and Air unit for your home is a big investment, I would sincerely recommend Precision Heating and Air of Austin.
