Review content:
This lumber company just simply can't compete for the individual home repair individuals that run to places like Lowe's and Home Depot. Even 84 Lumber offers more of a variety and better price most of the time.
I believe they've gone to serving the service industry more so than the individual client. They offer the ability to custom order for specialty jobs that the contractors are often doing. They also offer competitve prices for larger purchases with the contractors, keeping them in business for that type of client while unable to compete for the average retail business.
The company is reliable and has been a local retailer for quite some time for a reason. They're honest and great to work with but the big chain stores have put a crunch on them that changes their approach for sure.
They do offer some items, especially if you need to pick up an item or two while in the middle of the job that are reasonably priced. And the service is very reputable.
