I went for the first time to have my engine light looked at and the guy at the desk who said he was the manager. His name was matt and was very rude and had a poor attitude!!! first time I had seen a manager that wears a hat?? very weird!! not profesional at all. Anyway I left my car. Got a call from a guy named rick or rich and told me what was wrong. He was very nice and explained everything that was going on and very fair on the price. I picked up my car and had a question to ask and the same guy matt had no clue what was going on or even why the items on my car went bad or how long they last!!!
