Hi , If your going to buy a car , dont go to bob johnson , they lie ,, My husband and I were told by carol the sales woman ,,we have 72 hours to bring the car back .. when i did she lied and said she never said that , bought the car on a friday , by sunday the check engine light was on , took it to my mechanic the surpentine belt was cracked , by the way they didnt fix it ,,they did send it to the suzuki for the check engine light ,, by the way it is a forenza suzuki 2008 ,,,now today i get my extended warrenty ,, that i am paying 1400 for ,, i knew it didnt cover breaks .. but they said it covered bumber to bumber ,, and 100.000 miles .. what a shock another lie it covers the engine ,, and its a 100 deductible . okay so now back to bob johnson again ,, what ever you do dont do it , go buy a car someplace else !!! I did buy a car from there before when ed worked there he gave me a great price ,, but of course the transmission went bad but he took car of it asap .., Of course the best sales person had to leave there ,, I will post back on friday ,, The finance managers and general manager all work together to lie to you
