Owning a local business I understand what it takes to be succesful in any industry. I made a relationship with urban valet to do the dry cleaning for my whole company. After purchasing a very expensive white summer suit, I called urban valet for the first cleaning. When the suit came back the pants were as white as snow and the jacket was yellow (almost tan). I called and complained and was greeted by a very rude yong lady on the phone. They picked up my suit to fix it and it came back the same way it left. After numerous phone calls the isssue was never resolved and I'm out the suit. Any company that doesn't stand behind their service is not a company I would do business with and I hope you wouldn't either.
