Review content:
Not only is the neighborhood not so good, but the manager is questionable too. No one is ever in the office when you need something, plus the manager and her husband would stalk my apartment and look in the windows. Whenever I had my boyfriend over they would send me a notice that I had to put him on my lease even though he didn't live there. They are too noisy. The place is run down and my neighbors were rude, loud and their kids would stay up until all hours of the night screaming. There is no security and my car go broken into a couple of times. They have laundry facilities but they are always broke down. I would not recommend moving here, its just not a nice place to live.
Pros: The price and that its close to shopping.
Cons: The general area is not good. Lots of cops an shootings.
