This guy Joe is a crook. I purchased some used parts from him 2 weeks ago and of course since he does not charge tax he did not give me a receipt, I have never purchased anything from this guy in the past, so I reluctantly did not think anything of it. Of course I find out that the part does not work so he says on the phone, just bring it back with a receipt and I will give you your money back. I said, you did not give me a receipt, he says he always give out receipts. I did buy another item at the same time and it was new so he gave me one for that, since I paid tax on it. He said at the time, he had to give out receipts for new items. He remembers me and he knows how much I paid for the items and still plays this game. He plays you like you need to prove to him otherwise. He is a crook and a comes across as an honest guy but be warned and never trust this guy or his services. He is a sociopath and a liar, perhaps he has always been this way and it's not a good way to stay in business.
