Terrible staff, terrible everything! Installer, Matt, broke a pillar when installing bluetooth microphone, promised to make good, but made absolutely no effort and never made good on it. I called the store and left several messages asking that either he or the manager return my call; none of my calls were returned. I even gave him another trim piece so he could try to match the color, he never even returned it to me. Store is staffed with a bunch of ""children"" working on commission that don't give a s**t about you & it shows. Absolutely the worst!!!
